A $10 million dollar major renovation project of the 170 units at Reserve at Hairston Lake community is underway to ensure that our residents can age in place comfortably within our community. The major renovation project includes funding from 4% tax exempt bonds issued by the HADC, Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits from various private equity sources, and debt from government funded resources.
