The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) will open the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for new applicants to Mills Creek Crossing (Family) on Friday, December 6, 2024.

Eligible individuals must apply by completing an ONLINE pre-application at www.dekalbhousing.org during the Waiting List open application period.

Project-Based Vouchers provide rental assistance that is tied to a specific unit in a property contracted with the Housing Authority.

HADC Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting Lists for new applicants opened in November 2021 for available “Elderly” (62+), “Near-Elderly” (55+) and “Family” community options and will remain open until further notice.

Applicants requiring reasonable accommodations because of a disability, language translation, or communication in an alternative format may call HADC Client Services at 404-270-2500 during the Waiting List Opening, between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Monday thru Thursday, and 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Friday. Persons with hearing or speech disabilities using TDD or TTY technology may call Georgia Relay Services at 711 for assistance. HADC's Housing Choice Voucher Tenant-Based Waiting List is closed to new applicants and is not accepting applications at this time.
